Victorians can soon apply for 20% off their vehicle registrations.
From Monday 1 June to Friday 31 July 2026 Victorians can apply for a 20% rebate on their vehicle registration payments. This will save the average driver up to $186.00 per vehicle on their 2025–26 vehicle registrations.
Eligibility
The rebate will be limited to 2 light vehicles per person. Eligible vehicles include:
- cars
- wagons (4WD)
- station wagons
- motorcycles
- utes
- vans
- light trucks
The rebate will apply to eligible vehicles registered under an individual’s name for the period of 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
How to apply
Applications will be open from Monday 1 June to Friday 31 July 2026. You will be able to apply via the Service Victoria app or website.
